Since 2009, Rockwall Services has built a reputation amongst it’s client base as a go to freight brokerage partner for delicate and time sensitive cargo. That service offering and reputation still exists today while we constantly iterate on ways to improve our processes and the customer’s experience.
In 2023, Ryan Ball joined Rockwall Services with the simple missions of bringing the company into the future by overhauling operations, expanding service offerings, and further highlighting the need and value of integrity-based partners in the logistics space. Under Ryan’s leadership, the company has expanded to offer Fractional Transportation Department services to scaling businesses and startups and bulk supply chain services for commodities all over the world.
Prior to his work in logistics, Ryan had a long and diverse career as a serial entrepreneur/startup founder, a management consultant, and a mechanical engineer. As a startup founder, he has worn every hat imaginable and truly understands the challenges and risks being navigated by most scaling business founders, and his time as a consultant sharpened his skills to be able to drop into an outside organization and add value quick, skills which make him a valuable service partner to Rockwall’s Fractional Transportation Department clients.
Ball holds multiple degrees from Southern Methodist University and an MBA from The University of Texas.
Hamidov holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a Master’s in Maritime Economics and Logistics from Erasmus University Rotterdam. Building on his industry experience, Hidayat founded Logaware, an end-to-end visibility platform for logistics teams and Tarmac AI, a conversational dispatching assistant for carriers.
