Our Fractional Transportation Department model is mostly designed for startups and scaling companies, but the concept is simple: founders wear a lot of hats, and early capital is critical. We will take one of those hats off the founder’s head and help you avoid costly mistakes in logistics from the start and while you scale.

How it works:

  1. Call our office to set up a First Meeting. The first meeting is an opportunity for us to hear about your needs, challenges, and goals as well as provide brief consultative feedback for free.
    • Free of charge.
  2. If you need or want more Strategic Planning as it pertains to supply chain strategies and vetting for supply chain, manufacturing locations for optimized logistics, or qualifying 3PL fulfillment partners.
    • One time fee dependent on estimated effort.
  3. Managed Services is where we manage and all logistical efforts that you need. This is completely a la cart at the discretion of the customer.
    • Cost + Fee structure for over the road and rail.
    • Per ton rate for Bulk Commodity (dependent on the lane and commodity).
    • Flat % fee for ocean, customs, and storage.

After that, we grow with you and help you navigate any and all challenges we can. Not to mention, as multiple startup founders ourselves we have a lot of advisory knowledge to share for most problems that most growing companies need to navigate.
